This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy legislation.
When you submit the case review form, the exit-intent form, or contact us via WhatsApp, email, or phone, we collect:
We use this information solely to: (a) assess your case and provide a written assessment within 24 hours; (b) communicate with you about your matter; (c) comply with Law Society of Ontario record-keeping obligations; (d) improve the website.
